Custom Illustration/character design work for Ealing council

This contract involved creating illustrations for a school readiness children’s book for Ealing Council. The brief was to create original characters of children with different ethnicities and special educational needs and disability who are around the age of five. The characters were designed to illustrate different activities such as reading, eating, sleeping, washing, participating, sharing toys, being social etc.

Due to budget constraints, the client was unable to commission an animation from scratch. I used various rigging techniques to make slides from the original illustrations come to life, making it more fun and engaging for children.

Re-Entry - A self Discovery book


Illustrations and cover design for a book by Kevin Hill about Katie and Bren, two teens who go on 12 missions, where they come across fears, anxieties, stress, aliens, and miscommunication. They learn how to overcome these obstacles so they can build their confidence, and for their Re-Entry to school, community and life.


Icon design for an activity booklet outlining the activities offered by the council. These include activities for childeren of different age groups and backgrounds.
